Filters than cannot be edited should not have a pointer cursor

      Description

      AT:

      • In filters that are not editable, when hovering over the filter in the filter list in the report edit mode, the cursor does not change to pointer
      • this applies to the "Running Process Instances Only" and "Completed Process Instances Only" filters

        Works great! However, to be consistent with the BEM naming convention, the selector should be FilterList__item--not-editable instead of not-editable

        We still need the core FilterList__item class in addition to the FilterList__item--not-editable modifier class. See here.
