Add definition selection parameters to the DataGeneration

      Description

      Context:
      In order to genrate more useful data for manual testing and also for the FE sample dataset.
      It would be useful to parameterize the generation to only generate data for a couple of the available definitions not all of them.

      AT:

      • the generator takes parameters that allow to select definitions to generate data for, so it doesn't always generate data for all available definitions
      • the generator allows to specify the number of version wanted per definition

          something related to this task:
          I was talking with Sebastian Stamm, and it would also be important to have a definition that has a fixed amount of versions - for the E2E tests.
          Maybe the invoice definition could be excluded in the generation for the FE dataset and only the default engine provided ones used?
