On Windows, the File.separator is backslash, but the executionFolderPath still uses forward slashes, causing a java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1 in this line

Also, the backend unit tests appear to be broken since this commit: https://ci.optimize.camunda.cloud/blue/organizations/jenkins/camunda-optimize/detail/master/134/pipeline
